This had wondeful flavors and textures. It's a keeper! Messy and quite a bit of work, but it was worth it in the end.

This recipe is excellent. Don't leave out the sour cream topping!
    Leftovers are good, too.

Fabulous. Followed recipe completely EXCEPT did not add peppers. Guests and kids loved it. Added to my favorites. Next time I'll use 1/2 recommended peppers and add after first half are done. Please make a mexican (spanish rice recipe to go with.

My husband, who went to college in Colorado, raved about this dish. He said it tasted very traditional.

Oh yes, these were sooo good. But watch the spice. My husband and I love spicy food, and even he cut the amount of chipotles in half. It was plenty spicy for us. Makes for great leftovers, too.

I was so happy with this recipe! Great flavor and easy to prepare. I served it with mexican rice and a nice salad and it was the perfect meal!! Because of other people's reviews I added only one chipotle chile and to save time I got a small can of pre-chopped green chiles and added the whole thing. By just adding one chipotle chile, it added a slight amount of heat but nothing at all overwhelming. Also, I used flour tortillas because no one in my family likes corn tortillas and they were a wonderful substitution. I also think if anyone wanted to add black beans to this, it would be very good. Overall, this recipe is definately a keeper and I will use it for years to come!
