    I tried this recipe for my friends and family on cinco de mayo, and they all LOVED it. Everyone wants me to share my recipe with them, I'm not sure if I want to get them all hooked on the food network, then they might want to try and cook themselves and I dont want that!!

    Being a real whimp on the hotness scale should I even dare to try one of Tyler's recipe's when he states over again and again "The hotter the better for me!" Well, after deciding to go for it, and adjusting the hotness scale WAY down (1 green chili and 1 chipolte - go ahead and laugh-gggwe just loved it! We were used to having to put sour cream/guacamole on to cut the heat - only used it this time for a little different flavor. YUMM!

    I made these for my visiting niece & friend, ages 16 & 19. They asked for leftovers the next day! These are easy & very yummy. I liked them as much as the kids did, too!

    This recipe was awesome just be sure to decrease the portion sizes unless ur feeding an army! I didn't mind the leftovers though...they were fantastic!

    This recipe has been a repeater for me! I've played around with what types of peppers I've used, and a few times it's been TOO spicy for me, but it's been a hit with everyone I've made it for. It's a lot of work, and it's messy, but the end results are definitely worth it. I suggest bribing someone with a meal on the stipulation that they do the dishes for you :

    I found this receipe to be easy to follow. There was some estimating on missing exact directions or instructions but, all turned out tasty in the end.
