    Easy, tasty and spicy! The way enchiladas should be. It was a big hit. Everyone had seconds and some even had thirds!

    This was a good recipe, but as usual, I changed it to fit the ingredients my husband and I like. There are a lot of ingredients in this mix, so I would suggest that you pick the ones you like and leave out the others and "make it your own". They will still taste great and you won't have to hunt down a bunch of different ingredients in the store.

    This dish is one of my favorites, it's a really good dish to share with family and friends, they'll love it, i'm sure as much as I do.

    After reading all the reviews, I was not happy with these enchiladas. They were mushy and not as flavorable as I would have liked.
