This recipe was wonderful, full of flavor, although the chipotle may be a little overpowering for some. I only used 3 chipotle peppers and removed the seeds. It was just the right amount of spice for me and my boyfriend

I saw this episode so I was lucky. I never made any Mexican food at home ... this was my first try and they were the BEST!!!! I cut down on the chilis just a little LOL But you can also substitute any meat for the chicken in this recipe too. Tonight I am making it with beef! I love you Tyler!!! Keep on cooking!

I've made this twice so far since I saw Tyler making this on TV and it is STILL excellent! Gourmet enchiladas. I did chop the chipolte chiles and the green chiles up to even out the texture..I don't think he did that on the show though.

This recipe has become a family favorite, the best enchiladas ever. Better than any resturant, and I made them, unbelievable!

Made these last night for my wife. She cant handle as much heat as I can so I significantly reduced the chiles. I only added 1/2 can of green chiles & 1 jalapeno. They were simple to make & delicious. The guys at work enjoyed them the next day too.

Could use a little more flavor, but not bad.

This was a good recipe, except for those 4 whole chipotles. Yikes, these peppers have a very strong flavor (and heat that really overpower everything else. It was so hot that only I would eat these enchis, and the flavor was still much too overpowering. Definitely cut them in half, or even better, add only 1. Make sure that the tomatoes aren't too chunky, and if you're not a big corn fan add a little less corn. This recipe could be good with some tweaking.
