    The Enchiladas were very tasty. The only warning I would give out is to wear gloves when working with so many chile peppers.

    These are better than any enchiladas that I've ever had at a restaurant. They are a bit spicy so be forwarned!

    What can I tell you - only that this was the biggest hit for the potluck at my work. You can make it the day before and that works so well for me.

    These are awesome. I substituted jalapenos for the chipolte b/c I'm not too big on chipolte. My husband loved them. Fantastic!

    Not only is this recipe easy to follow, the results are amazing. These are some of the best enchiladas we've ever had; they were a huge hit with everyone. I'm glad I read the reviews, though, before making them, because I, too, cut down on the amount of chilis that I used and they were still spicy. Thanks Tyler!

    Rave reviews from my family and friends on this one! The chipotle peppers (mine are canned in adobo sauce add a distictive kick to this tasty recipe.

    This recipe was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend and I both agreed these are the best enchiladas we've ever had, especially paired with homemade enchilada sauce. We really like spicy food, but if you don't, just cut down on the chiles. Absolutely wonderful and flavorful!
