My family liked this dish. However i didn't use as much of the chipolte peppers or the green chili's it called for. My family is not into hot. this dish has a wonderful flavor and my husband wants me to make it again

great recipe! only negative is that the enchiladas stick together after they're baked - so you may want to spread out the enchiladas when you put them in a pan (maybe 5-6 per pan, instead of 8.

This was the best enchilada recipe I have ever made. I served it at a Mexican dinner part I had the other night and people loved it! I couldn't find any chipolte chilies at then grocery store, so I left them out..and it was perfect. I will definately make this again. THANKS TYLER!

These were the best enchiladas I have ever made. I followed the recipe pretty closely though I'm not one to measure. However I did use the chili's as directed and it was a bit too spicy for my family's tastes. I would cut down on the Chipotle next time. I would recommend this recipe to anyone who love good mexican food.

These enchiladas are great!! They were pretty easy to make and everybody loved them. Yum Yum!! I did cut down on the amount of chilis a bit, some of the guests don't like that much heat.

I've tried my hand at enchiladas several times over the years and have always rendered so-so results. These enchiladas had my husband telling me they were the best I'd ever made -- and he asked for seconds! They were a bit spicy for the kids, but I'll remedy it next time by making a small, less-spicy batch for them. Terrific recipe indeed!
