I wanted a roasted tomatillo salsa to serve with a pork tenderloin and this one is amazing!! I'm thinking of all the different things I can serve it with. Thanks Tyler!

These enchiladas are sooooo good! I make them often and my whole family loves them. My husband likes the red enchiladas so sometimes I pour a little of the red sauce over the top.

Have made this 3 times. We love this recipe. I also make more of the salsa and this time I made it as a layered enchilada dish. I seem to have trouble rolling the tortillas and this is a good solution for me. Time saving also.

I had been craving enchiladas for a while and this dish satisfied my craving. I also recommend doubling the salsa recipe b/c it was not enough for me. I loved this and will be making it again. thanks Tyler

The whole family really enjoyed this dish. As other reviewers suggested, I doubled the tomatillo salsa and was glad I did. Nicely spiced even though I took the seeds out of the jalapeno after roasting. Can't imagine how spicy it would be otherwise! Will definitely make again,.

This is the best verde enchiladas ever! I've made this several times and always a hit. I usually make a lot so we'd have leftovers and it's just as tasty. It does take a while to prep it and get it together but it's so worth it.

Love this! Sooooo many raves, although I did put my own twist to it. Tyler used the rotisserie chicken, I made chicken in broth. He made homemade sauce, I used bottled. Needless to say, it was awesome!

I've tried this recipe twice now and it's incredible. I learned to leave the salsa a little chunkier and doubled the salsa recipe. I fill a 9 X 13 pan with 2 extra enchiladas in another pan. I use the roasted chicken from Sam's club which is incredible. Tomatillos and peppers from Whole Foods. The tomatillo sauce is slightly sweet and hot. GREAT dish. I will try the salsa with another recipe. I didn't think the rice or beans were anything special. I will try a different recipe for those.
