    I found this recipe because I wanted to find a good tmoatillo salsa recipe, and it is the best tomatillo salsa I've tasted. It is easy enough to make, and the fresh taste is well worth the effort. And after reading all the reviews, I am looking forward to making the enchiladas themselves. Thank you Tyler for a great one!

    Tyler did it again! California has lots of options for Mexican favorite foods but this one has replaced the old standby and is now ranked as the universally 'best' for palates of all ages.

    I like things spicy so I added a serrano for heat and a poblano for flavor in addition to the jalapenos and it was great! I loved this recipe and will make it again. My friends think I'm a gourmet chef! : Thanks!

    Made this dinner for my son's 34th birthday. He loves mexican food, and I thought this would be a hit with him. And it definitely was. We all loved the enchiladas, and wouldn't alter the recipe one bit. Made the jicama salad and Tyler's ultimate margheritas to splash the dinner down with. Wonderful, satisfying meal! Thanks so much, Tyler.

    Just wanted to say these enchiladas are awesome. Everyone loved them. This is not a recipe for a beginner and it helps if you have someone on hand to help. This recipe is what I call a winner. Thank You Food Network!
