This was a little bit of a pain to make. 15 min. prep time is an underestimation, but it was sooooooo worth it.

Yum! Didn't make the tomatillo salsa but otherwise followed the recipe. Roasted salsa was fine.

Very good! I doubled the sauce and was glad I did. I baked my own almost 5 lb. bird and made my own true Mexican rice and some black beans I had canned. The Tomatillo salsa was delicious. The only reason I only gave it 4 stars was because of the store bought chicken and I did not make the rice or bean recipe. Making the salsa is the easiest part of the dish and the best part!! :

Tyler is the man. You cannot go wrong with his recipes. This one is just amazing. I've taken to making just the tomatillo salsa by itself as well, it's a great recipe.

Absolutely loved these enchiladas! Followed the recipe carefully except I added about a quarter cup of cream before baking to keep enchiladas from drying out. Loved the tomatillo sauce...will make more next time.

It was delicious!!! Next time I'll make double the sauce and a lot more cheese. It was a little dry for me but it was very tasty. My family loved it. I will definitely make it again.

Soooo delicious!! I didn't make the rice or beans and it was still unbelievably tasty. This was my first time making salsa and it came out perfect. I could just make that, add some tomatoes, set out some chips and it would be a big hit. Try this recipe! It's well worth the time.
