Why is the recipe in the video not the one here? So confusing.

The one in the video has canned chiles, adobe chilie and corn none of which I see in the ingredient list.

So are you all reviewing the printable recipe or the one in the video?

I am rating the printed version. It was FANTASTIC. We've never eaten tomatillos before but they came in our CSA delivery this week so I had to find something to make with them.

I did make some substitutes in that we are dairy free so I left out all the cheeses and sour cream. Also used Low Carb Tortillas. There was extra chicken, just spooned that around the enchiladas before baking.

Will DEFINITELY be making this again

I have been cooking traditional mexican food all of my life. I loved these when I made them, but was still nervous when I served these to my parents for the first time. My parents loved them! Instead of just chicken, I have also made them with "carnitas" style pulled pork & another night, shrimp sauteed w/onion, garlic & cumin (my husband's favorite!. Thank you again Tyler...I have been cooking your recipes for years and have yet to be disappointed!

We grow our own tomatillos and there is nothing that compares to this salsa!

so good! I will make these again. I couldn't find any corn tortillas at the store though which is a shame cause the flour ones do turn out a little gummy...but still delicious no doubt. Don't let that stop you from making them if you cant find the corn ones. Still to die for and a deffenite comfort food!

A dollop of sour cream is served on the side, not inside the enchilada - it's also optional so if you don't have any in the fridge it doesn't matter. I'm making this tonight but reading it through I know it's going to be wonderful so rating as such and will change tomorrow if I'm wrong.

These are seriously, seriously GOOD. I mean really, really DELICIOUS. I make them a lot and always serve them with black beans, corn, tomatoes, sour cream, and some lime wedges.

Made this on Cinco de Mayo for my Cousin's Wedding. Doubled the recipe and it was a hit. Very good.
