    Easy, delicious recipe. I like to make it with tilapia as well - gives a great flavor to the fish! I serve it over couscous.

    I made this recipe for a family circle at my home (approx. 16 people a few cousins asked where I had the food catered! This was a very simple tasty dish! I plan on making it for New years eve as well! Awesome!

    I've made this twice and my family loves it. MUCH easier to make than you would think. As an alternative to pounding the chicken flat, you can butterfly the pieces.

    This recipe is wonderful. Not only is it simple and fairly quick to make, my family loves it! It was quite a compliment when they said this was better than any of the restaurants that we had it at!

    This recipe was so simple and amazing I will definitely be making it again and again. If I didnt make it myself I would have thought someone slaved over the stove for hours. The only thing I would be careful about is adding too much lemon juice a little goes a long way. Also be sure to pound out your chicken so it cooks through.
