    Fantastic. When I first made this I was living in the Caribbean and couldn't find a single lemon- I substituted for ripe east-indian mangoes. The result was DELECTABLE! Now, back in Canada, I made it again with lemon, and I have to recommend using both the mango and lemon together- they form a perfect balance on the palate!

    This is the best Chicken Francese recipe! My grandaughter licks the dish and always wants more. Even my husband who is not crazy about lemon dishes loves it. I make extra of this delicious sauce by adding additional broth and wine, but not additional lemon - all depends on your own individual tastes. Tyler's recipes rock!

    This is my favorite chicken francese recipe. I like to make it with orzo on the side, with extra lemony sauce on the pasta!
