the cornbread is good. i'd make it again, but it's not screamingly delicious. the chicken recipe is a little non-specific in terms of the amount of chicken broth to add in. it's tasty, but not enough to offset the amount of prep it requires.

Don't skip the lime wedges -- the lime juice brightens the flavor and makes all the seasonings really "pop". Delicious. I didn't have any corn chips, so mine was more a soup than a chili. It would also be lovely with diced avocado as a garnish. Yummy.

I tried this recipe today. I was a little disappointed. The recipe didn't tell how much salt or broth to add to the chili and the chili ended up being very bland. I had to doctor it up with pepper flakes and chicken bullion before serving it.

THIS WILL BE ONE OF THOSE RECIPES THAT I WILL USE AGAIN AND AGAIN. IT WAS EASY AND FAST, AND MY FAMILY ENJOYED IT.
