    i like this recipe because it's easy to prepare with only four ingredients and by roasting instead of deep frying, I find it more healthy.

    Preparing the chicken is the only tedious work. Otherwise dipping, breading and baking is a snap. Everyone is delighted and surprised and ask for the recipe.
