I tried this last night and it was great. In fact, I threw away my old Chicken Marsala recipe. Only change, I added 1 tbs. chopped garlic before I deglazed and 1/4 cup of heavy cream at the end. Really good. Thanks Tyler!

I made this tonight for my husband and I, and it was delicious. The only ingredient that I didnt have was the prosciutto, and it still came out fabulous.

Oh I didn't use procuitto either...I did use marsala cooking wine, not drinking wine. I think it turned out great. I salted to taste.

We love this recipe. The only thing we did different was to omi the prociutto. It is not necessary and if used the recipe takes on the flavor of bacon , which you do not need. Take that out and I give the recipe a 10 out of 10

read the reviews before trying it and could not understand all the comments regarding being too salty. Followed the recipe exactly and it was very good. Two comments. Always use low or lower salt broth. Secondly, never cook with a wine you would not drink. "Cooking wine" is not wine. It is the bottom of the cask and is treated with salt before bottling so that it does not require a age id to purchase. No one would ever sit down and drink the stuff. Don't cook with it and you will have a much better result.

The flavors fool your palate into thinking this dish took all day to make. A great main course to zap anyone out of a mid week slump.

I used to use another Chicken Marsala recipe and decided to try this one. WOW this is now my "go to" recipe. It was fantastic. I did not have the prosciutto and it still tasted great. I can only imagine when I do make it with the prosciutto how awesome it is going to taste. Thanks Tyler for a great recipe.
