Very great flavor and my guest loved it. Only thing that I tried to get low sodium chicken stock and could not find and it was a bit salty. The recipe is really I really loved. Thanks for this recipe!

I just loved this recipe. Like others, I doubled the sauce content and thickened the liquid with cornstarch. The crimini mushrooms were wonderful. I was tempted to substitute the crimini mushrooms with regular white mushrooms as the first store I shopped were out of them. Glad I went to another grocery store and found them as they held their shape and texture during the cooking process. Also, the chicken was so tender, I was able to cut it with a fork.

This is DELICIOUS and so easy! I do double the sauce, especially if serving over pasta. Also added a tbsp of cream and, when cooking the chicken in waves, I find it's better to use vegetable oil because it doesn't burn. Other than that it's AMAZING! My mother is an amazing cook - I mean constantly churning out great food...I made this for my parents and brother and they all LOVED it! My mom especially! Also, my fiance who usually thinks chicken breast meat is too dry LOVES how juicy this is! It's one of my go to's now!

This recipe was easy to follow and made a delicious dinner! I added fresh basil instead of parseley and a tablespoon of flour to the melting butter to thicken the sauce. It was awesome.

I was looking for a different way to make chicken. I came upon this recipe. it was simple and very tasty. although I used bacon instead of proscuitto, and I minced a shallot to throw in with the bacon.

I make this recipe every couple months. We love it! We like mushrooms so I double the mushrooms and double the liquids. At the very end of the cooking process, I add a little heavy cream to thicken just slightly and give a creamier taste and appearance. I serve with risotto or cous cous and steamed asparagus. WONDERFUL DISH!!!

GREAT RECIPE! Even my "hate chicken breast" husband loved it!! I used I can't believe its not butter spray" for a lower fat dish and it was AWESOME! I used chicken breast tenderloins too. I served Tyler's recipe for acorn squash with it! Terrific dinner while watching the SF Giants kick the Cardinals A$$!!!!!! :D

Great recipe! This was my first attempt at chicken marsala and it did not disappoint. The only adjustment I will make in the future is to double the sauce as suggested by others; there was about enough to coat the 4 chicken breasts needed but not enough extra to drizzle over the chicken once it was plated.
