My husband loves the chicken marsala from a local resturant, so i was delighted when i saw how easy Tyler made it look. It tastes great, my husband actually thought I ordered out from the resturant. My only issue was that i could not find a tenderizer with a flat side, all i found was a jagged edged one. So I made my own. I used my 5lb free weights and banged lightly. My husband, who is anti social now wants me to invite a few friends over and make this the main course!!! You made it look easy, and it is. Thanks so much....

I doubled the sauce recipe but kept the same amount of mushrooms and prosciutto and it was sooo good and easy. This is a keeper

My husband usually groans if I serve him chicken breasts (too dry, but he loved this dish. It was extremely moist, fast and easy to prepare (I had my 6 and 7 year old grandchildren help with it, and even the grandkids asked for seconds! This will be a regular at our table. Thanks Tyler!

This recipe was very good and fast. I added 1 1/2 times the marsala and chicken stock, plus a touch of cream and a small corn starch slurry to thicken. Served w/ angel hair pasta and roasted parmesan asparagus. Already added to my recipe box...

This recipe is easy to follow. The mushrooms being plump makes the recipe better then most recipes that have the mushrooms sliced so thin. So good!

Excellent because it is not a long prep- and cook- time. Recommend to cut off fat on the chicken before pounding it out and flouring.
