    This dish is fast and easy to make especially for a large crowd. Its also elegant to serve and most important, tasty to eat.

    I would recommed to anyone who likes chicken and mushrooms.

    I've used this recipe several times for entertaining and it always comes out perfect. Very full-bodied and flavorful. A crowd pleaser for sure.

    this recipe is very delicious and easy to make. What really adds to it I think is the prosuito (i'm not sure how to spell it. This is opne that i will certainly make again..hhmmmm. maybe even tonight :

    This is a great dish that's easy to prepare and fun to make. The only thing you want to watch out for is your use of chicken stock. The full 1/2 cup of chicken stock may be a bit much, so add a little first, then taste it to make sure it's not too salty. Great dish, 5 stars!
