This was a really good, quick recipe that I will use again. I ommited the proscuitto and used a couple slices of bacon cut up. I doubled the chicken stock and Marsala and the mushrooms. The next time I will triple the liquid for sure and make 6 breast for my family. We ran low on the sauce and my husband and son could have had second helping. But this is definatley my new recipe for this dish.

This was simple and delicious! I added about 50% more sauce than the recipe called for and, since we love mushrooms, doubled the amount of mushrooms. This will be my new chicken marsala recipe.

I just tried this recipe today and it was fantastic with adjustments suggested by other reviewers.
My picky 3 year old and my 6 year old loved it!
Next time I will add more mushrooms as my family loves them.
Thank you tyler, you never let me down.

I loved this dish!!! It was really tasty and I will definitely make it again! HOWEVER!!! It was very very salty!!! The prosciutto combined with the numerous times that it is recommended to salt the dish was a lot! I even skipped a few times in the recipe... So I would just be wary of the salt content. Next time, I will probably half the prosciutto, and try to cut back on the salt even more.

Wonderful! Made it for my wife and we both loved it. The sauce packs a lot of flavor without being a "heavy" sauce. Plus, the prep is easy. This will be a go to dish for us!

Amazing! The plates were all licked clean! I also doubled the liquids since my family like it extra saucy.

This is an amazing recipe to Chicken Marsala! First time ever in doing it and it came out a success!!! I didn't include proscuito and added shallots, garlic and a little corn starch to thicken not too mention I took everyone's advice on doubling on liquids to have more sauce!!! Tasted just like Macaroni Grill!!
