    Amazing! The plates were all licked clean! I also doubled the liquids since my family like it extra saucy.

    This is an amazing recipe to Chicken Marsala! First time ever in doing it and it came out a success!!! I didn't include proscuito and added shallots, garlic and a little corn starch to thicken not too mention I took everyone's advice on doubling on liquids to have more sauce!!! Tasted just like Macaroni Grill!!

    This recipe is sooooo good!! My family loves it. I make it at least once a week. I've tweek it a bit to my taste but overall it's wonderful.

    OMG!! This recipe was amazing!! I was in the mood to make chicken marsala, and this recipe delivered!! I did take the suggestions of previous reviews, and doubled the liquid ingredients, and that worked out perfectly! I added garlic and used regular onions instead of shallots, but I am sure that it would have been good that way too. I also added about 1/4 cup of heavy cream to help thicken the sauce. I will definately make again, and do not have any hesitations about making this recipe... it will not dissapoint you!

    This is a wonderful recipe, we totally enjoyed it. After reading the other reviews I made 1/3 more sauce and it was perfect. The prosciutto really added to the flavor. This will replace my other Chicken Marsala recipe!

    Tyler Florence is usually spot on but I had to fix this recipe. Too little liquid, not enough butter but after my fixes it was good.

    This was delicious. Since I didn't use prosciutto, I added a few tablespoons of butter before putting in the mushrooms.

    Great recipe...Great taste!! My son even liked it. I've made it twice comes out great every time. Though I did add a little more liquid then what it called for.

    Pretty disappointed Tyler. This came out SO DRY following the recipe as written. The mushrooms, stock, and marsala could have easily been doubled. I think all the positive reviews here are a lot of hype. This recipe needed garlic, shallots, something- and it just did not deliver at all. This is the worst chicken marsala I have ever had.

    Amazing! I rarely ever cook and a lot of times my food comes out so-so. BUT this recipe is so good, I made AMAZING food last night! The flavors, the textures, the juiciness! Incredible! Thank you so much Tyler Florence and JoAnn Cianciulli, I'll be looking out for more of your recipes!
