Incredible dish, easy yet elegant, and great flavor! I followed the recipe to a "T"..i thought at first the dressing was a bit lemony, but when served with the peppery arugula is was absolutely perfect! The chicken was tender and tasty. I added a side of pasta, cooked al dente and quickly sauteed in the pan in a little garlic and olive oil. Awesome. Tyler is definitely the "ultimate"!

I have been just waiting to try this recipe after seeing Tyler's show featuring it. I finally got a chance to make it last night. My husband and I both really loved this dish! I even took some major shortcuts. I used chicken cutlets and used a store bought Light Caesar Dressing. It was till very tasty! I can't wait to try it when I have time to make the dressing according to the recipe. I also couldn't believe how fast this dinner came together. Thanks Tyler!

I made this for dinner tonight and the family raved! My husband and daughter both had seconds! The chicken was so moist and juicy! I did use chicken thighs because that is what I had defrosted by accident but it was still GREAT! My daughter (8 yrs didn't like the dressing but everyone else did. I did cut the lemons down to one and it was still pretty tart. Taste the dressing and adjust to your liking.

I made this dish yesterday for my grandson, my daughter, her mother-in-law and my mother-they practically licked the salad bowl clean! I acutally found some italian seasoned panko and thought I'd try it. Dee-lish! I use many of Tyler's recipes, and as usual, this one is yet another 5 star winner.

I add in some Xerarchs Dry Heat Habanero Seasoning. Tyler has been my favorite chef for years and I make a lot of his recipes. I also like to make these as sandwiches on French bread.

Someimes I add a little shredded parmesan cheese with the crumb mixture for added flavor.

Everything about this recipe was delightful and will be in the rotation as well as for something I resort to impress special dinner guest.Even the dressing was home run muck less the chicken which when done properly is extremely tasty and moist.Tyler is fast becoming one of my favorites period.

This was so good. The chicken was so crispy and the salad and dressing was so refreshing. Loved it as did my husband. I'll be making it again. May use a chicken tenderloin just to simplfy a little. I can't say that the mozzarella added much in my opinion so would probably
omit it next time....otherwise, perfect! The lemon squeezed
over the finished dish is the final perfect note.
