So I'm very excited to make this, but I'm wondering if anyone has found an alternative for the anchovies. I can't stand the thoughts of putting them in my food.

This chicken recipe came out fantastic! I adjusted the recipe a bit because I only used 2 chicken breasts. I whisked 2 eggs with the splash of milk and used about 1 cup of the flour and panko. The heat did need to be adjusted to medium-low to avoid burning the crust; cooked 3 1/2 minutes on each side and they came out perfectly golden and crispy. I'd definitely make this again for the family and guests.

This was a wonderful dish. It is definatly a keepper. I only caution turning the heat to high to fry the chicken. The first one burned slightly until I adjusted the heat. A wonderful meal for company as well as family.

The recipe was really easy to follow and my family loved it - i had some left over and shared with my co-workers the next day -- the meal was a rave.
As for flavor everyone can tweak the recipe to fit their taste i personally loved it in its original form..... I love tylers recipes they are easy, gourmet type and flavorful i have been watching him for years and he has yet to fail me -- keep up the good work

PS the chicken pot pie was delicious as well

I have made this with both whole chicken breasts and chicken tenders and both turned out great. My son, who is a chicken finger fanatic, loved the crispiness of the panko coating and said he prefers it to regular breadcrumbs, and I have to concur. This has replaced our favorite chicken finger recipe.

My family was wowed by how moist and tender the chicken breasts were. This is a great meal for company...most of the meal is prepared ahead so you have plenty of time to socilize!

This is a wonderful alternative to boring, grilled chicken breast. The chicken was wonderfully moist and tender. WIth the salad, makes a terrific meal. This is now a new staple of ours. Thanks again Tyler. You are the "Ultimate."

This dish came out perfectly the first time I made it. It was a huge hit - even my six-year old loved it! I left out the anchovies in the dressing, but it was still delicious. So delicious I'm now a complete convert to homemade dressing. No more bottles for me! I used the leftover chicken and dressing in salad the next day and it was still great!
