Delicious! I made this for the first time last night and it tasted just like the restaurant! I am not the best cook so I accidentally let too much of the moisture cook off the sauce but it still tasted delicious!

This was AWESOME!! I do HIGHLY recommend using panko bread crumbs when breading the breast. I left out the kalamata olives and replaced with some nice sliced white mushrooms I had braising in the sauce. I also used a slice of cheddar colby cheese....SO GOOD with that hot red sauce over it!!!

This is a fantastic recipe, I have made it several times. It is a bit time consuming, but well worth the effort! If you are looking for a good chicken parmesan, I recommend this one.

I made this last night and was disappointed. The sauce was just tasteless. I kept adding extra ingredients because it tasted like a can of canned tomatoes. It thickened, but the taste was blah! After the many attempts to spice it up, the end result was not too bad. I will probably try another recipe next time. I've made better that was was last time consuming, also.

I don't often cook from Tyler's recipes because they frequently have a mistake in the quantity of an ingredient. I didn't make the sauce for this recipe but used it for the technique and the fresh mozzarrella and basil. This was the best chicken parmesan I have ever made and this will be my standard recipe.
