    This is a really great meal, my girlfriend hasn't stopped raving about it for over a year. The sauce is really fantastic, I have made the sauce alone for many other recipes.

    This is the best chicken parmesan that I have ever had! My husband said this is good enough to have the boss to dinner. You have to use the fresh mozzarella. The kalamata olives and fresh basil are fantastic. You've got to try this one.

    Made this a few times and it always turns out well. I would recommend mostly making it for people who you know are olive fans. Made it for my sis and brother in law and they thought the olive flavor was too strong.

    Made this several times always is good, I cannot eat wheat so I use ground cornflakes instead of the flour, works great.
