Great recipe, a great variation on one of our favorites. Will definitely make again, made with San Marzano canned tomatoes which have greater flavor and used panko for bread crumbs. Added fresh oregano to sauce too. I could not find buffalo mozzarella either so I used regular. So good, chicken was perfect, a lil crunch on outside and stil juicy inside.

Good, but had to change the sauce quite a bit to get flavor. Used everything listed, but just thought it tasted just plain tomato, so I added pepper flakes, more sauteed garlic & basil and a bit of fennel with a touch more sugar. I like Tyler, he has some of my favorite recipes which are usually very flavorful. Happy cooking to all! :

This was so delicious. I am NOT a big tomatoe fan, unless its very well mixed in with spices etc., in this recipe it tasted absolutely delicious. I am so glad I tried it out. I did not use the olives(not a fan & I wasn't going to go get it just for this recipe, nor did I use buffalo mozzarella, since I could not find it. I just used regular mozzarella still tasted delicious. Oh and I added crushed peppers! (other than that I stuck to the recipe and it doesn't hurt to make extra sauce My family loved it!

I wanted to make chicken parm for dinner, but didn't really know where to start. This recipe was a great help, my chicken turned out great! Hopefully next time I can make the sauce by the recipe, ( I'm workin off a budget so we had store brand marinara. Yum!

This is a GREAT recipe. I use panko bread crumbs and also add a little red wine and fresh oregano to the sauce. Other than that, I go by the recipe exactly. The sauce is really flavorful and has become my go-to marinara.

I doubled recipe and I over salted the breading! I was having 11 people for dinner + was in a panic. I got an idea I'm happy to share. I dumped a (large jar of generic store bought marinara to make it a very bland sauce. I removed the olives as did not like how they tasted whole (they did impart a nice flavor to the sauce Made this a 'chicken parm casserole' cutting the chicken up in bite size pieces, pulling off half the breading and then layered sauce, pasta, mozzarella, chicken, ending w cheese-baked it through til hot. (NO salt in water for the pasta/ cooked very al dente. It turned out perfectly +I will probably always make this casserole style because it was perfect to serve as a buffet dish, with no knife necessary. A salad made with home made balsamic vinaigrette and toasty garlic bread made this meal a super hit. Try it, you will like it-but don't be a ninny like I was and over salt!

This recipe was great and lots of fun to make! Turned out wonderfully...it was even easy for my novice kitchen helper to assist with!
