Too good for words. Like others, I left out the olives (my girlfriend and I are not fans. Otherwise made the dish according to the recipe. Used freshly picked basil from the garden. Make sure the oil is hot prior to frying and don't over crowd the pan. I did mine in two batches. I also baked for an additional 5 minutes. Cheese was slightly brown on top. Lots of leftovers. Can't wait! I'm getting hungry thinking about it.

THIS WAS AWESOME! Will be a staple recipe in my house. I left out the olives and substituted 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomaotes w/ garlic and olive oil, 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes w/ oregano, basil, and 1 14.5 can whole tomatoes.

I also did NOT use the olives and I seasoned the chicken with seasoned salt, pepper and paprika (which I love, I used provolone and regular mozzarella cheese and it came out Awesome!! I also had to put mine in a baking pan because I had several pieces of chicken and they all wouldn't fit in the frying pan. The whole family loved it!

Wonderful flavors and much easier than the recipe looks. That is, you can make the sauce whenever you want (as long as you keep it warm and focus on the chicken.

YUM! Couple of changes just to suit my taste- I left out the olives and added garlic and Italian seasoning. Instead of the canned whole tomatoes, I used a can of Hunts diced tomatoes that was seasoned with garlic, basil and oregano. Season your flour and panko well. Great recipe!
