Tyler Florence is the reason why I spent more on my oven than on my car! The only thing I would do with this recipe is brine the chicken breasts first so they don't dry out. He can cook a perfect chicken breast, but most of us can't, and brining allows for overcooking mistakes. As for someone complaining about the sauce being too acidic, that's what the sugar is for. Taste it before you serve it!

I made this for my sister in law when she came here from North Carolina to visit because chicken parmigiana is her favorite meal. She absolutly loved it and even said it was the best she had her whole life, which was a lot to say because her family is Italian and I am fully Irish! It is a somewhat time consuming recipe but it is worth every minute. I think this has to be one of my favorite recipies I have gotten from Food Network. I absolutely love Tyler Florence's Ultimate show and wish they would air episodes more often! :

Recipe was good but the sauce needed to be thicker. My husband is Italian and he said the sauce needed to be thicker.

Tyler's recipes are amazing and this one will not disappoint. I made it for my family and all agreed it was a keeper! Took a longer to prepare than noted but with practice I am sure it will become faster - and I will definately be making this again!

Absolutely delicious, will definitely make this one again. Instead of the olives I used a drop of balsamic vinegar..... Very tasty dish, served with homemade garlic bread and salad.
