Just like Tyler says in his show most places give you very thin, rubbery chicken breasts. This recipe is so full of flavor and easy to cook. I made the garlic bread and caesar salad as well. I will NEVER buy caeser dressing again, it is so easy to make your own and tastes so good. The garlic bread is genius. You can't go wrong with this setup.

I have eaten many chicken parmesan dishes but never one that has impressed as much as this one. The Olives make this dish. This is the only recipe I will ever use for this dish again. Thanks for sharing Tyler and enjoy all your utimates - -they really satisfy

I am always trying new recipes of Tyler's because there all so good. I record all of Tyler's shows and saw this one when I was in the hospital. I couldn't waite to get home so I could try the recipe. I couldn't believe how good it was. My husband said it was the best thing he had ever tasted. I cook this recipe for all my guest. It is a true winner and makes you the cook look like a pro. Thank you Tyler for such great recipes and all your hard work your my favorite. I also adore your ultimate cheesecake. From the south, Crity

My dad always wanted to make chicken parm, adn when he heard me watching the food network and Tyler Florence say "The Ultimate", and then chicken parm after it, he told me to write down all the ingredients and what to do. Ha, well i printed it off here and we JUST ate it and I LOVED IT! My boyfriend was upset that he wasn't here to have some. I would suggest though that you have some tomato sauce for the pasta you use, and to salt the top of the cheese when you bake the chicken. Also not to drain the canned tomatoes all the way, halfway is good and it will help keep everything moist! LOVE IT! :

I made this for my family, and my picky 5 year old, and my two year old gobbled it down. My husband raved, and declared that this is the new recipe we need to use now on for Chicken Parm. Although it was a bit time consuming, it was worth the work, and it was delicious!

I may not be an experienced cook, but I love food. Specifically, Chicken Parmesan! I made a few personal modifications to this tasty dish.

Considering my culinary skills (few, this recipe was not that difficult if you have the proper tools. I'm sure I will improve each time I make this dish. This one is worth mastering.

In order to balance the taste, I pounded the chicken a bit. Not too thin. I also left out the olives as a personal taste.
