Fantastic! Absolutely delicious. I substitute hatch (Anaheim chiles for the olives. I also skip the sugar.

Tip: you don't need anywhere close to a cup of parm and a cup of breadcrumbs. First time I made this I ended up throwing half of it out. You only need half a cup of parm and half a cup of breadcrumbs.

FANTASTICO!!! MARVELICIOUS!! Easiest sauce I've ever made and so very fresh tasting..I doubled the sauce recipe ....because I like extra sauce. Everyone loved this...a BIG TIME HIT in my house. Thanks Tyler.

So good. This is the first time I made this and it came out with a savory chunky sauce and very moist chicken. The only changes I made were these: I added a small can of tomato paste because I like a more tomato flavor, and I beat the chicken breasts with a mallet to flatten out.

Easy recipie and delicious! I made the sauce ahead of time which made assembly fast. For the chicken I used half panko and half Italian bread crumbs and left out the garlic powder. I also forgot the parsley until we were sitting down to eat but no-one wanted it, all thought it was great with just the basil. Bright tasty sauce! This one is a keeper!

Fantastic! To the onions, garlic, and bay leaf, I poured in about 3/4 chianti red wine while sauteeing and it boosted the flavor alot. I let the sauce cook in a crockpot for about 24 hours and the flavors came out great. Great easy recipe.

Really yummy! A bit time-intensive the first time you make it, but I've now made it several times and the time gets cut in half. Well worth it. My husband said this was the best chicken parm he'd ever eaten!!
