    Didn't know what to make and came across this recipe and remembered it's my hubby's fav dish so I made it. Took close to an 1.5 hrs to make but soooo worth it. My hubby and his friend (and me really enjoyed it, they were impressed, made it without the olives and it was fabulous! He asked me when I'm going to make it again. Thanks Tyler!!

    Tyler you Rock!!!!!!!!! Your chicken parmigiana was amazing. We posted the night that we made it and now the family tried it!!! Every single person that tried it loved it even my hubby's picky dad!!!!! So AWESOME!!! Thank You Tyler!!!!!

    While the chicken was amazing, I did not care for the sauce. It was a little too thick for my taste, still flavorful though.

    Have made this once, and we'll put it on the rotation for sure. My only changes would be to used some tomatoes that are already cut up (whole ones made a tremendous splatter-y mess, and use a little less salt in the recipe. We would also use fewer olives, but we are not big olive people anyway.

    We've made Chicken Parmigiana before using a different recipe, and this one will serve as a great replacement.

    Loved this recipe! Everything came together just right. I am not a big fan of olives or anything that might be too heavy on onions, so I was hesitant about whether I would enjoy this. I LOVED it! Both my husband and I thought this was the best chicken paremesean we've ever had. I would suggest making a double batch of the red sauce though. One batch was enough for the two of us, but we had to make another batch for the leftovers (we put the pan back in the oven to reheat- worked like a charm.
