The Peanut sauce is very good, but i would use a little less peanut butter otherwise its overpowering.
The chicken however could use a little more in the marinade- i added chopped green chilis, a little tumeric powder and some garam masala to it. Turned out great with these additions.

I made these for a party and they were a hit! I used chicken tenders instead of sliced chicken breast and it worked out great. The peanut sauce was good too, but I've had better. For the sauce, I used chili sauce instead of chili paste. I will definitely make this recipe again. It was pretty easy and really delicious!

These were fantastic. They took a little longer to cook than usual, but not a problem. The one problem we did have was with the yogurt mixture sticking to the grill, even after we sprayed it. I think a little extra spray will take care of it. We doubled the recipe to make with a Dim Sum dinner. Not one piece was left! Yummy...

I was really looking forward to trying this recipe because I love to order this at restaurants. It was easy and the chicken was good, just like it tastes when we go out, but the sauce was a huge disappointment. This is my favorite part of the dish, but it did not taste at all like the peanut sauce at Thai restaurants. The flavor was completely different. I'd try to make the same chicken but a new sauce recipe.

I've prepared chicken satay a number of different ways and so far this marinade is the best. The peanut sauce fell flat, though. It tasted too much like peanut butter.

This is a staple for us when we have "tapas" night. The first time I tried the peanut sauce, it came out terribly, but I think it was because I had regular soy instead of low-sodium.

Now I do it with low-sodium soy, half the lime juice, and a little extra fresh ginger. Delicious. And I love the curry flavor of the marinade. Thanks!!
