I made this for a large family BBQ. It was a huge hit & so easy. Everyone love the peanut sauce too and the aroma of the chicken during the grilling was amazing. Even though I doubled the amount of chicken & kept the peanut sauce the same, we had way too much peanut sauce. We'll use it in other ways, but don't bother making extrra unless you are quadrupling the recipe! I also added 1 tsp of salt to the marinade & marinated them 24 hours in advance. Thigh meat was cheaper & tastier.

Tyler - please note, the recipe came through for me at the very last minute, between getting my hands full of yogurt chicken strips and the peanut sauce blending up the 'perfect storm'! Being a Doctor of Chiropractic, I knew the inherent ability of the yogurt to 'digest' anything in its path...make that 'tenderize'....but before I could say the words 'tippet' or '5-weight floating', I was hooked! Cant thank you enough for the good-natured recipe and the heartwarming food that follows. '911'! Who Ya Gonna Call?!?
