I liked the peanut sauce. I watered it down further, added more soy, chili, sesame oil and fresh ginger. Pretty darn good stuff. But....

I completely burned the chicken though. It was so charred that I couldn't get it off of the skewers.

    Tip of the recipe?

    MIND THE CHICKEN.

I was too busy setting the table and all that. My mistake.

With just a few ingredients, this dish will be ready in no time. You do have to allow time for marinating, but after that, it couldn't be simpler - and it is really delicious!

Made this tonight for my hubby and three picky kids and they all LOVED it! The chicken was great, tender and delicious. I split the sauce in two portions, one with spice and one with a bit of coconut milk. Both were great. An easy recipe with a great result... my family ate one dinner together!! (and Mommy only had to cook one dinner...

This was simple and very, very good. The peanut sauce is also good on other dishes, such as tofu with vegetables.

I didn't have the sticks or a griddle pan, so I made them in my panini maker. They turned out fine!
