What a CRAPPY recipe. I am disappointed. This one tastes like ketchup with ground meat. Don't waste your time on this one.

In my opinion, I thought it was like eating sloppy joes with a little too much ketchup. Just wasn't that crazy about it. My husband liked it so I guess that is all that matters.

We enjoyed this recipe! I had some chili left over so I put the left overs in a freezer bag and freezing it for the next time we need some chili.

Not only was this delicious, but it couldn't have been easier to make. My (picky family loved it, and even requested that I make it often.

Ouhh Ls La ! This was easy and very tasty. I used left over meat balls, shredded with just a little ketchup, mustard, and chile powder on a simmer. I boiled the beef dogs until plumb then grilled for the trademarks and topped with cheese for the ultimate chili dog.

This is simple and delicious. The chili actually makes enough for at least 8 chili dogs, which is an added bonus. Either eat it as leftovers the next night or try freezing it for a later date. I used a whole 20 oz. bottle of Wild Harvest Organic Ketchup = 2 c. and that was perfect, so there's no need to use another 1/2 c. of ketchup. I did add a couple of tsp. of sugar towards the end when I thought it was a bit to tangy for my taste. Next time I might cut some of the ketchup and substitute some tomato sauce for more depth. But the recipe is a keeper as it was quick to put together and everyone loved it.

I have usually used regular "bowl" chili for hot dogs in the past without much success. This recipe is specifically for chili dogs and it's PERFECT. I wondered out loud while I was making it "Tyler...do you really add a bottle of ketchup to this??" lol and as odd as it sounds the flavors blend perfectly for a great tasting chili dog. I made them yesterday tailgating at my favorite college football game and everyone loved it!
