Delicious! I accidentally mixed the chives in with the cream and warmed the mixture on low for 10-15 minutes (I just realized I did it wrong when I went to write this review. Also, I didn't have cream so I used half a cup of nonfat milk and half a cup of half-and-half; the potatoes were rich and creamy--definitely not lacking in flavor; I'm almost glad that I mixed the chives in prematurely! Great recipe!

Excellent! Fixed these with Tylers Smothered Pork Chops and everything was fantastic! I followed the recipe exactly and would not change a thing!

I made this to go with a roast and it turned out great! However, I did use only 3 cloves of garlic instead of the 4 that was called for in the recipe. It was so simple to make, I love it!

Creamy, enough flavor to complement a TG dinner without overpowering.Make additional sauce to pour over the leftovers (if any.

This recipe continues to be requested at our yearly gathering for Thanksgiving, and without fail, there's never any left for leftovers! And OMG, I make up to 20lbs worth of this recipe!

I made this for family and friends for the first time last night. Everyone loved them. I added one stick of butter instead of 1/2. Great recipe and very simple to make.
