    I love this recipe, but you have to be careful not to use to much dried thyme in it when you use dried. Tyler can cook for me anytime, Dolores

    i put more galic in and then some more garlic salt to make the potatos less bland. i gave it a higher rating though because it did end up tasting fanstatic!

    I didn't really know how to make mashed potatoes, but this was a really simple recipe to follow and it came out great! If you like garlic, I would suggest adding a little more than suggested though.

    I just loved the fluffy texture of the potatoes, and the garlic took regular mashed potatoes and made them gormet.
