Easy to make, follow the directions people and they will turn out perfectly. I took them to work and they lasted maybe 15 minutes. These are perfect to take to a cookie exchange because they stand out and travel well. Thanks Tyler!

Fairly easy recipe. I've nver made meringue myself, but it turned out well. My only complaint is that I think it's too sweet. I followed the recipe, but I wish I would have tasted it as I added the sugar. I'm debating if I want to bother with the chocolate with this batch or if I should just make a new one using less sugar. Definitely need to work on my piping technique!

These are the cutest and most delicious meringue cookies! They are the the cookie in "formal attire" on the holiday cookie tray. They take a little time to make, but are worth the effort. With my extra melted chocolate, I drizzled thin lines of chocolate over the tops, too.

This was a great holiday treat & a simple recipe. Kristy, I also use semi-sweet chocolate. I found that I had to spread butter on the parchment paper prior to baking so that the cookies wouldn't stick to the paper. That part was left out of the instructions.

I baked these and gave away as Christmas gifts. I had the most compliments on them! I tried them a second time and they were a bit chewy. I live in Humid Southwest Georgia and it was raining the second time I made these, so I should have baked them a little longer and let them dry out more thoroughly. Besides that, they are super easy to make and super delicious. Instead of dark chocolate, though, I use semi-sweet chocolate. I've given the recipe away several times as well and I'm baking them for a baby shower next month! Give these a try, you won't be disappointed!

I piped these out of my decorator with a star tip, and they look like little snow-covered trees! I dipped them in the chocolate and then sprinkled the chocolate part with: crushed candy canes, finely chopped pecans, rainbow sprinkles, finely chopped coconut; or just left them with the plain chocolate bottom. They are very pretty. They dried out great overnight. Very easy to make if you follow the recipe carefully.

If the are too sweet, try a sifted dusting og coco powder. . It may also help with the person who said too sticky ( although, for that person, check/ytest your oven temp. "Flat results??? Possible either under whipped or over whipped. Over whipping is my guess. peppermint extract is good yep try just 1/4 t more . but I used 1/2 t of vaqnill too.. OH yeah, check the fresh date on your eggs. if the kind you buy doesn't have a date stamped on it , or just inside the box lid, buty a different brand. same with flour. cook will come out awful with expired date on the flour bag. I put a note in or on my container. Cookies are great!!! I like the pretty appearance of the coco powder. I sift right over the cookies
