Delicious. The recipe works when doubled and is even better with the addition of cinnamon and cayenne pepper.

Such a wonderful and easy chocolate pudding recipe, and much better than any store bought mix. The only changes I made is I used organic 2% milk and I strained the pudding before putting it into the ramekins just to ensure it was smooth. Thanks for a great and simple recipe Tyler!

I do not make packaged puddings for two different reasons
1: Cost difference: save your $$$
2. Taste is always superior and fresh. Takes the same amount of
time to prepare.
Now for the best, this pudding was one of the finest taste wise
and the ease of preparing. Enjoy!

Such a good pudding recipe, Tyler never lets you down. It came out so creamy and tasty and yet was a breeze to make. I used Valrhona cacao and Nielsen Massey Madagascar vanilla and it was a perfect match, so full of flavor. This is a recipe that can be the base for other things like a very moist cake and chocolate mousse.

Very easy and delicious! My kids always thought the only way to make pudding was from a box. Now they know how much better homemade is!

Absolutely fab! My friend and her husband and my non dessert liking husband loved it too. Will be making this a lot. Didn't have any full cream milk, so used half semi-skimmed and half cream, which worked fine. Delish and soooo easy.

This recipe was easy, quick, and delicious. I was craving chocoate pudding and decided to try this one. I am so glad as I was done in the time it would have taken to drive to the store and tasted so much better. I had a few chocolate chips leftover from another recipe so I added about a palm-full as I pulled it off the heat to add even more chocolate flavor. Amazing! I licked the wisk clean so that I didn't have to waste any.
