This was fabulous. I had a couple of ripe bananas that I layered with the pudding. Super yum! I only let it chill in the frig for about 2 hrs. It was perfect, and very easy.

Wow! This was easy to make, and is 10 times better then the pudding made from boxes (which I grew up on. Boxed puddings are week on flavor. This was rich, smooth and creamy. Wow!

So easy to make, it is kind of ridiculous to ever used boxed again. Not too sweet at all.

This is very good homemade pudding. It was very easy to make and I highly doubt I'd ever go back to the box stuff again. It concerned me that it was thickening a lot, but the next day it was perfect consistancy. I made it to fill Gale Gand's cream puff recipe, but my 3 year old was foaming at the mouth to taste some of the pudding. I tasted it and it was delish. Not really on the sweet side, just right. I can only image what it would taste like with fresh whipped cream.....

Maybe my favorite comfort food. This deep dark rich chocolate pudding with a huge dollop of fresh whipped cream. Simple and so DELICIOUS!!!

I used the Hershey's Dark cocoa. I just made it for dessert later today, so I have only tasted it warm so far and it is yummy and very dark and chocolatey. I can only imagine it is going to be wonderful with the whipped cream and I have some fresh raspberries to go on top too. There is no way this is 6 servings though. I also got 3 nice servings in crystal stemware, so nothing I would consider big or anything. Also, so fast and easy...why make it from a box really? This is just as fast. Whenever I have a recipe that calls for just the yolks, I put the extra whites in zip bags in the freezer and keep a tally on the bag to make angel food cake when I accumulate enough. No waste!

Although it isn't the best pudding I have ever had in my life I did get lots of compliments. It was easy to make and had a fabulous chocolatey taste. I did have to use 2% milk. Tasted yummy!
