I always love Tyler's recipes, but this pudding was too sweet and not much better than instant.

Wonderful consistency and flavor. We were a couple of Tablespoons short on cocoa,so at the point in the recipe where the pudding was completely thickened and still in the pot, I tossed in a square of Bakers semisweet chocolate for good measure. It melted quickly, I blended it in with my whisk. Then poured the pudding into 3 coffee mugs. (6 servings??? Not in the three little piggies house. Really yummy!

I made this for a dinner party last night. I doubled the recipe for 8 people and could've tripled it. It was DELICIOUS! I topped it with rasberries and whipped cream and everyone ate every bite!

Velvety and chocolaty. The recipe uses three egg yolks, and I use the three egg whites to make Sandra Lee's Meringue Smooches. No waste, no want.

Really easy, simple and tasty. Saw the show this AM. Made in a few hours later. A keeper.
