Taste rich and very good, but when applied to cold ice cream - becomes a bit firm, rather than remain satin and sauce-like in texture.

I will never buy store bought chocolate sauce again. How easy was that and the taste is miles above store bought. I fancied it up for the season with a touch of Amaretto. Lordy it's good! I can't wait to serve it tonight for my company. They will be so impressed and it took minutes.

Very good chocolate flavor and nice and smooth. Served with Emeril's Chocolate Cheesecake and Ina's Raspberry Sauce. Decadent and easy!

I made this on Halloween ... could not keep my spoon out of the sauce pan. Used Nestle's 11 1/2 oz. bag, a little extra butter, same amount of heavy cream, 1/2 tsp. of vanilla, 1 tbsp. brewed coffee. Terrific, simple sauce. Besides the obvious uses (i.e., ice cream, cakes, etc., a tbsp or 2 in my coffee makes for a wonderful mocha. Forget all the other complicated choc sauces .... this is the best.

This is the best chocolate sauce, never grainy and so easy to make and reheat. My co-workers are so happy I found this.
    Thank you Tyler!
