This is IT! The spice is just right and this is absolutely the best one ever. It is killer. Don't be shy on the serranos. The lime knocks the heat down but you get the flavor.

Tyler's guac recipe set the standard. It is the only one I use ever use now & not only does everyone rave whenever I serve it, it's the first thing that's finished off! Thank you Tyler!

This guacamole made many non-lovers change their mind about guacamole. I've personally had alot of guacamole and this one is the best I have had by far. I have been making it for a few years now and will never make any other guacamole again! Thanks Tyler!

I've been making guacamole for get-togethers for about 4 years now. Guacamole is more of an art than an exact recipe, but this is the recipe I based my guac off of. Make this and your guests/family will rave about your cooking skills!

I don't add the chiles or the olive oil, but enough black pepper to give it a kick. I really like garlic, so I'd say if you're using fresh garlic you'd want to add more than one clove. I actually use garlic powder (but a lot of it. And I dice up some tomato and add that to the guac. The noticible tang of the lime juice is what a lot of people like about his recipe! :

I just made a double batch of this tonight, and it's absolutely delicious. My brother said it was the best guacamole that he's ever had, and the rest of my family and my boyfriend seemed to agree. It might be a but spicey for some, but my family loves spicey foods :. I will definately be making this again very soon!

I like this recipe but make sure to use avocados that has more flesh than seed ratio. I used ripened ones that my mother in-law gave me from her Florida tree and the seed was way bigger than the amount of flesh inside and when I used 3 limes it was really sour so I had to double the amount. And I only used 1 pepper or it would have been too spicy for me.

I have made this several times in large batches for parties and everyone always raves about it! It's SO simple. Why is it so much better than others, I have no idea, but it's my favorite recipe!

    This Guac is the best!
As far as the limes are concerned,
it depends on the size and how much juice in the lime.
You can use (2 large limes or (4 small limes.
    ENJOY!

My husband loved it just the way it was. We double batched for a card party tonight. Good thing because the party isn't for another 5 hours which means there is still time to make another batch if needed. Read a lot of warnings on too much lime so I used the portion that would dictate one batch. I also added three small, seedless romas. Very good and very easy to make.
