I came across Thai food about 2 years ago, when I started working. Oneday,my Thai co-worker brought papaya salad to work place.I basically cannot eat spicy food, but she encouraged me to try one and since then, I came to like Thai food and started making other Thai food now and then. So, I tried this receipe right away andhmm, it was tasty! My husband loved that too. It maybe good idea to show us your version of papaya salad and maybe Thai Style and Vietnamese Style. It is quick and tasty too!

very, very good. Coconut shrimp is always a restaurant favorite, but seems a bit hard to accomplish at home. This recipe was straight forward and easy to follow....be sure and use coconut flakes that are "small" as it will help it "stick" to the shrimp.

The very first time I made this was for a small dinner party.
This was served before the meal and it went over BIG TIME. I am sure all of us could have just kept eating the coconut shrimp and forgotten all about the rest of the dinner. LOVED IT!

I didn't know making coconut shrimp could be so easy. This recipe was a good as what we get in our favorite restaurant and better than we've had in most. Preparation was a little messy but that is expected when you are breading anything.

These are as good as I've had in restaurants, and quite easy to prepare. I highly recommend them.

I made this for New Year's Eve and want to make it again shortly. It was a bit messy, but it rivaled what I have had at restaurants, and was much cheaper!
