Wow, this was tasty and easy to make. I have seen other recipes that call for chicken soup instead of water and this is an awesome vegetarian version. I used organic egg white lo mein, low sodium soy, organic peanut butter and organic unhulled sesame seeds. Delish! I burnt the sesame seeds but it was still yummy. Big thumbs up from me. Thanks!

Just made this dish a few days ago with my girlfriend and we absolutely loved it. We followed the recipe very closely, using soba noodles instead of egg noodles and adding marinated tofu. We both thought the sauce looked too thick, but once mixed with the noodles, the consistency was perfect. On the first day, the taste was heavy on the peanuts, but on the following days, the flavors had spent more time getting to know each other and they got along really well. I would definitely hold off a day next time before eating. May even try with tahini instead of peanut butter.

This recipe came the closest to my favorite restaurant recipes. I omitted the cucumber, since I took this to work for lunch and didn't want it to get runny, but I added a few raw green onions at the end.

This recipe was easy to follow and make and was perfect fun for three o clock in the morning cooking. No problem eating it a little warm right off the stove and yes, even better in the morning from the fridge.

    terrific recipe.
much more depth than uncooked sesame
    sauces.
I top it with diced english cucumber,
green onions, & honey roasted peanuts.

I receive requests for this dish often. It's a little trouble to make, but well worth the effort. The flavor and texture are great - the hard part is not eating it all!

Ever since I first made this dish, which I found to be quite easy, the compliments just keep coming. We host about four large parties a year and every single time I prepare the cold sesame noodles there just aren't any leftovers. What a great side dish!
