These noodles were so quick and easy to make. They turned out delish! The sauce is sweet spicy and I found you may tweek it to your liking easily. The only change I made was to add red bell pepper, snap peas and bean sprouts (stir fried at the end and tossed the noodles, veggies and sauce all together. I did this only because I wanted to use veggies and add color to the noodles. My husband loved these noodles and I will definitely make them again. I recommend this recipe to all.

Made these noodles right away after I saw them on the show. Fantastic! I made them as per the recipe, however, I substituted wheat spaghetti from Trader Joe's for the angel hair. It was great tasting and healthy!
Gave the recipe to a friend of mine and she served it at our Bunco party and there were no leftovers! Everyone loved them.

I made this recipe for a potluck at work, and it was full of praise. The next time I added cubed chicken breast, and chopped broccoli, and it was another smash hit.

I love peanut sauce and have never made it on my own. Recently I made this recipe and the chicken satay with peanut sauce recipe from Tyler and I can't tell you how excited I am that I can make these dishes at home!! I loved this recipe, as did my husband and pre-teen kids! Thanks!

I made this for my wife, who loves Thai food. She went nuts!! I had never had anything like this before, and I thought it was very good. My wife actually said that I could have added more peanut butter (I added an additional tablespoon the second time I made it because she enjoys the flavor.
