This recipe was really good. I made some modifications though.

    1. I used shanghai noodles instead of the angelhair pasta

    2. I sauted the garlic and ginger with chilies and heated the sauce.

    3. I added julienned Cucumbers on top

It was good hot, but I packed it for lunch the next day and ate it cold, and it was sooooo much better.
Excellent served with Korean kim chi (spicy garlicy marinated cabbage and cucumber and mango salad.

This was easy and a tasty companion to the chicken recipe. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper as the recipe doesn't call for it and it was definitely lacking.

I couldn't believe I made this Asian taste. Super recipe. I made without the onions.

This was terrific and easy to prepare. We used a processor instead of a blender. The recipe was even better the second day!

We could not believe how delicious this was--it's a perfect blend of ingredients. The only change I made was wisking the ingredients together (our blender is less than desireableand it worked fine. We will make this frequently--it's easy and delicious.

I did not like the taste of the sesame oil. I probably will not make this again.

This is a tasty, casual dish for a change of pace. Any kid (5-90 would love it. Must be the peanut butter!

I cut down on the vinegar and water and it turned out great. It's good for leftovers
