Thought this was delicious. Also, very easy to prepare with ingredients I always have on hand. Based on some of the earlier reviews, I added a bit less peanut butter (3/4 cup instead of 1 cup, and found all other ingredients were just right. I must admit I did not add the hot sauce, because I made the dish for my family, including my three-year-old, who won't eat spicy foods (yet. My husband and I just put ground hot pepper flakes on top of our own servings, which was perfect. Also, I used whole wheat spaghetti instead of the noodles (again, had them on hand. Served them with grilled teriyaki pork chops, and asparagus with a bit of tamari/soy.

I had to make this twice. The first time was as written, it was inedible unless you like to eat PB from the jar. I used 1/2 cup in the second batch and it was quite good, but I can't get the wasted time and ingredients back. Sometimes less is better.

The search for the perfect, or at least edible, cold sesame noodles goes on. I should have listened to the other reviewers and used less peanut butter (I only used 1/2c for 1/2# of noodles and it was still too much. The peanut butter made the noodles too gritty and the whole dish ended up tasting like peanut butter with none of the other flavors coming through. Definitely needs more hot sauce also. I would not make this again.

Overall the recipe was pretty good-- but it was too peanut buttery for my taste. 1/2 cup should probably do.

Tyler hit a home run with these. They are wonderful. I would do the sauce in a food processor if you have one rather than a blender. My blender couldn't take it.

I started with this recipe and made a few tweaks to make the sauce to my liking. I used rice noodles and stir fried some broccoli slaw and chicken breast to add to it. All in all it was a yummy meal that satisfied my craving for Thai take-out. Thanks!

I thought these were excellent with great textures - the chilis add a nice kick and the cucumber adds crunch. Makes a ton.
