This is a great soup I have added olive oil instead of the corn oil. Easy to make variations of this, add different veggies etc

On the show Tyler used home-made canned veggies to make this soup. Instead of fresh (as the recipe says, I used store bought canned veggies. It is so easy, open cans, heat and eat! I have also substitited canned tomatoe soup for the diced tomatoes(if I am out and this works great. Added browned ground beef once and it was great. Very versital recipe.
