I had some first time cranberry sauce eaters at my Thanksgiving as well as some that have always loved it and all said hands down...this was the best they have ever had!! We ran out before we could even make "Day After" sandwiches!

I added more oj to mine and then through in a little corn starch. It was great - with a little tweaking! : Everyone loved it at T-day lunch and leftovers. Better than the jar kind at Williams-Sonoma. And cheaper too

quick and easy recipe. great for brightening up thanksgiving meals and adding last minute touches to any meal. has finely set balance between sweet and sour.

I seriously hate cranberries, but this is to die for.
It's a good combination between sweet and tart. Very seasonal.
I very much recommended it, and will be making it again.

The smell of this dish cooking in the kitchcen was a sure sign that the holidays had arrived! My cranberries were perhaps more tart than most, or I like sweeter cranberry sauce than the recipe author -- either way I added about an additional 1/3 cup of sugar to the mix. LOVED IT
