- 2 8-ounce packages cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- Zest (in wide strips) and juice of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15 minutes.
Let cool and serve at room temperature or refrigerate. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
